PAYMENT, BILLING, LOYALTY AND FINANCING PATHS

Start with the job you need to solve—not a catalog of systems.

Choose the page that matches the way you collect, manage disputes, reconcile, serve customers across borders or prepare for a financing conversation. You do not have to replace everything to fix one confirmed problem.

ALL TWELVE DESTINATIONS

Go directly to the decision you are making.

Each page explains its own workflow, evidence and limits. This hub keeps the starting points distinct so a terminal question does not become a full-system pitch.

ACCEPT PAYMENTS

Match the payment path to where the sale happens.

Start with the customer moment: at a counter, in an online checkout or through a bank-account debit.

PRICE AND COLLECT

Make the cost and the balance explainable.

Use these pages when the question begins with a statement, invoice, recurring balance or specialized ACH cycle.

STORED VALUE + RETURN VISITS

Keep gift value and loyalty rules clear across every channel.

Use this page when customers buy value now, redeem it later or earn rewards that should remain understandable at the counter and online.

CROSS-BORDER PATHS

Separate customer reach from merchant eligibility.

The right page depends on whether a US business is serving customers abroad or a non-US merchant needs a qualified referral path.

BUSINESS FINANCING

Start with the purpose before discussing a financing category.

The Finance Center separates DATA ONE’s review and referral role from the participating provider’s application, decision and servicing role.

CHOOSE ONLY THE SYSTEM YOU NEED

Protect the parts that already earn their place.

Use the smallest scope that resolves the confirmed issue. A payment method, billing workflow, cross-border route and financing referral are different decisions; they should not be bundled by default.

Why DATAONE uses this approach

FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

Use the question you can point to today.

You can begin with one completed sale, one open invoice, one returned debit, one gift-card redemption, one cross-border order or one defined financing need.

Where did the customer try to pay?
In person, online or by ACH.
Is the question about stored value or a repeat visit?
Use Gift Cards and Loyalty for physical cards, eGift, redemption and loyalty rules.
Is the problem the cost or the open balance?
Use Payment & Pricing Programs for the statement, or Invoicing & Billing for the receivable.
Does the route cross a country boundary?
Choose International Payments for a US business serving customers abroad, or Global Payment Flows for a non-US merchant referral.
Who needs financing?
Use the Finance Center to choose the right path, then open Business Financing for the detailed capital review.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Six direct answers about the solutions map.

Do I need to replace my full payment setup?

No. Start with the specific sale, balance or workflow that is not working as it should. Keep what works, connect what should agree, change the confirmed problem and phase larger work when needed.

Which solution page should I read first?

Start with where the question appears. Use In-Person Payments for a counter or mobile sale, Online Payments for checkout, ACH Payments for bank debit, Chargeback & Fraud Protection for dispute exposure, Invoicing & Billing for an open balance, and Gift Cards and Loyalty for stored value or repeat-visit rewards.

Are online payments, ACH and invoicing the same thing?

No. Online payments describe a collection channel, ACH describes a bank-debit rail, and invoicing describes how a balance is issued and tracked. They can work together, but each has different records and exceptions.

Can I compare more than one solution path?

Yes. A business may need more than one path, but each one should solve a defined need. Compare shared customer, payment and accounting handoffs without assuming every tool must change.

Does DATAONE guarantee savings, compatibility, approval or funding?

No. Pricing, compatibility, payment acceptance, provider eligibility and lender decisions depend on the business, provider and confirmed configuration. The detailed page explains what still must be verified.

What should I have ready for a review?

Bring a current processing statement and contract, an equipment or system list, and one real example of the sale, invoice, debit or exception you want to understand. Remove passwords and sensitive credentials before sharing.
